How we handle the data submitted through this site, and the rights you have.

This page explains which personal data we collect through this site, why, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights. It applies only to the site available at this address.
Data controller
The data controller is the company publishing this site, whose identity and contact details appear on the legal notice page. For any question about your data, write to the contact address given at the bottom of this page.
Data collected
We only collect the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form: your name, your email address, your company name if you provide it, the project type and budget you select, and the content of your message. No account is created and no data is bought from third parties.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to handle your request and reply to you. The legal basis is your consent, collected via the form's checkbox, together with the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request. It is never sold, used for advertising, or processed for profiling.
Technical data and security
To prevent mass message sending, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is held in memory for at most one hour. This fingerprint cannot be used to re-identify you, is never written to disk, and disappears when the server restarts. The host's technical logs may contain your IP address, according to their own retention policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage: this is strictly technical data, kept on your device, which you can clear at any time from your browser settings.
Recipients and processors
Your messages arrive in the company mailbox and are passed to no third party for commercial purposes. Two technical providers are necessarily involved: the site host and the mail provider that delivers the emails. The host is identified on the legal notice page; no data is transferred outside the European Union without appropriate safeguards.
Retention period
Exchanges relating to a request that does not proceed are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Where a contractual relationship begins, the relevant documents are kept for the statutory period applicable to accounting and contractual records, namely ten years.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to the contact address below: we reply within one month. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
